best_cheese_stuffed_hamburgersBest Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers – A little spin on the classic cheeseburger! We put the cheese on the inside, and added a little heat with some chili pepper and jack cheese. Try these on the BBQ tonight!

Ingredients to make Best Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

1/4 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
1 fresh hot chile pepper
1 tomato
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices crusty bread
2 tablespoons fesh coriander, chopped

Directions to make Best Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

Step 1:Shred the cheese, seed and chop the chile pepper, combine. Slice the tomato; set aside.
Step 2:Shape the beef into 8 thin patties, put 1/4 of the cheese mixture in the center of 4 of the patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch to seal.
Step 3:Toast the bread. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers 6-8 minutes over medium heat for medium rare. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4:Place cooked hamburgers on the toast and top with tomato slices and another slice of toast.
