1 lb Ground Beef, lean
1/2 ts Salt
1 Med. Bell Pepper, chopped
12 Corn Tortillas
1 Clove Garlic, minced
2 c Shredded Cheese, cheddear or monteray jack
16 oz Pinto Beans, drained
1 Lettuce, shredded
15 oz Tomato Sauce
1 Sour Cream
1 c Picante Sauce, med or hot
1 Fresh Tomato, chopped
1 ts Ground Cumin
