Ingredients to make Best Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

1/4 pound monterey jack cheese, grated
1 fresh hot chile pepper
1 tomato
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
2 teaspoons oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 slices crusty bread
2 tablespoons fesh coriander, chopped

Directions to make Best Cheese Stuffed Hamburgers

Step 1:Shred the cheese, seed and chop the chile pepper, combine. Slice the tomato; set aside.
Step 2:Shape the beef into 8 thin patties, put 1/4 of the cheese mixture in the center of 4 of the patties. Top with remaining patties and pinch to seal.
Step 3:Toast the bread. Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the hamburgers 6-8 minutes over medium heat for medium rare. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 4:Place cooked hamburgers on the toast and top with tomato slices and another slice of toast.

Grilled Hamburgers

gid_brgrGrilled Hamburgers – These traditional grilled hamburgers will bring you right back to your childhood. One bite and you know these are homemade! We have given directions for 3 ways of cooking, microwave, grilled or skillet fried.

Main Ingredient: Ground Beef

Ingredients to make Grilled Hamburgers

1/2 c sour cream
3 green onion, chopped,with tops
3 TB bread crumbs
1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/2 ts lemon pepper
1 lb lean ground beef
4 hamburger buns
shredded lettuce 1 tomato — 4 slices/hamburger
1 yellow onion — sliced in 4
2 ts mustard
1 TB mayonnaise
1 TB catsup

Directions to make Grilled Hamburgers

Step 1:Prepare white or yellow sweet onion by slicing in thick slices, place in plastic bag or glass jar with ice water, seal and refrigerate until ready to use. This makes the onions very crisp and juicy.
Step 2:Slice a vine-ripened tomato into thick slices. Mix sour cream, chopped green onions, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce and lemon pepper seasoning. Mix this in with the ground meat until combined well. Shape into 4 patties.
Step 3:Cooking the hamburger patties: GRILL: Place meat on grill over hot coals and cook to desired doneness, turning only once or twice. BROIL: Place meat in broiler pan; broil to desired doneness. MICROWAVE: Place meat in a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely with plastic wrap (made for microwave purposes); vent one edge slightly. Microwave on highest power for 3 minutes. Turn patties over and cook 3 minutes longer or until desired doneness. Rotate the dish 1/4 turn every 1-2 minutes. Drain well
Step 4:Mix the mayonnaise, mustard and catsup. Blend well.
Step 5:To serve, divide the catsup mixture evenly on the warmed hamburger buns, top with a meat patty, tomato slice, onion slice and shredded lettuce. Also good with alfalfa or radish sprouts.

Directions to make Easiest Ever Chili

Step 1:Put all ingredients in large poy or dutch oven. Mix well.
Step 2:Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer 15-20 min.

Ingredients to make 20 Minute Hamburger Skillet Stew

1/4 lb Lean ground beef
1 lg Onion, sliced wafer-thin
4 Carrots, sliced wafer-thin
2 Potatoes, halved, sliced wafer-thin
3 Ribs celery, sliced wafer-thin
1 c Boiling water
2 t Beef extract OR bouillon
2 Bay leaves
1/4 t Dried thyme
Salt OR garlic salt Pepper
1/4 c Dry red wine OR tomato juice
2 T All purp flour

Directions to make 20 Minute Hamburger Skillet Stew

Step 1:Use melon baller and shape meat into tiny meatballs. Brown in skillet. Discard any fat.
Step 2:Stir onion into skillet and cook 1 min. Add boiling water or broth and extract or bouillon. Add remaining veggies, seasonings. Cover, cook over low heat, 15 mins until veg are tender.
Step 3:Combine wine or water and flour in covered jar. Shake and stir into skillet. Cook and stir until sauce is thick, 4 mins.

Ingredients to make Meatball Tomato Soup

MEATBALLS:
1 tb Finely chopped onion,Sauted a bit
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 c Soft bread crumbs, 2/3 slice
l2 tb Grated parmesan cheese
1 tb Parsley, chopped
1/4 ts Garlic powder
Pepper, to taste
1/2 lb Lean ground beef

SOUP:
15 oz Canned tomatoes with basil
1/2 c Beef broth
8 oz Canned garbanzo beans, Rinsed and drained
2 c Water
1 t Italian seasonings
1/2 c Uncooked bow tie pasta
2 c Spinach leaves, torn
1 c Sliced mushrooms

Directions to make Meatball Tomato Soup

Step 1:Brown meatballs about 8 minutes. Drain.
Step 2:In a large stock pan, stir together undrained tomatoes, broth, beans, water, and all seasonings. Bring just to a boil. Add bows. Reduce heat to gently but continally cook the pasta (8 minutes).
Step 3:Add spinach, mushrooms and meatballs. Simmer to heat through (20 minutes).

Ingredients to make Saucy Meatballs

1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup Cooked Rice
1 Onion — Chopped
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg
8 ounces Marinara Sauce
1/8 cup Salad Oil
8 ounces Beef Broth
1 cup water

Directions to make Saucy Meatballs

Step 1:Mix half of marinara sauce in with everything except for consomme, oil, and water. Form meatballs. Fry meatballs in oil until lightly browned.
Step 2:Add rest of marinara, consomme and water. Cook until tender, about 40 minutes, with the pan covered.
Step 3:Or bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes

3 cups beef broth
3 cups V-8 juice

1 1/2 Cups mixed frozen vegetables
2/3 Cup alphabet macaroni

Directions to make Alphabet Noodle Soup

Step 1:Brown beef in large saucepan or Dutch oven. Drain.
Step 2:Add broth, vegetable juice, water, thyme and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil; add vegetables and macaroni. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
